Short-term economic recovery plan
- HOC reintroduced (1 jun 2020- 31 May 2021), MOT stamp duty exemption up to 1m and loan stamp duty exemption up to RM2.5m, for property RM300,001-RM2.5m, with min. 10% from developer (same as HOC 2019 – valid for new developer sold units only)
- Individual RPGT abolished from disposal between 1 jun -31 Dec 2021, limited to 3 unit per person
- 3rd property LTV of 70% lifted, subject to bank’s discretionary for loan approval
